I had two technical iterviews. First one went fine, just basic questions asked for first level filtering. The second interviewer just had a list of questions (mostly definition of terms) and answers and just read it out, expecting the exact answers that he had. It felt like attending a verbal college exam. Personally, this is not how I interview developers. This just tests memory and not a developer's ability to think logically to come up with solution. I would definitely not recommend this company, just because of this interview process.
