My interview process was great. I actually was promoted from within the hotel. I interviewed with 2 people. I was nervous but I knew I was ready for this position. Just had to show my team I was as well.

Do you feel you can handle this position as a CSM?
Met with HR, the department head and then a panel with some of the team and then the director of sales and marketing. Basic behavioral questions. Some situational. Definitely have multiple copies of the your resume.
