The interview process was easy and Stright forward. First, HR called for a 30 mins screening interview. After that, they set up a one hour, in person interview with the hiring manage. Questions were technical, and a little of behavioral question too. I also met with the next level manager for more one on one.

The interview process was fine. The salary offered was way below market. It appears this is common practice for Omni. They think their culture makes up for below market salaries.

Many interviews to do with each manager. After done with one leader on to the next over a two day period but it not a hard process. before. if you are out of state they will fly you in after phone and Skype interview
