Application: I applied through a recruiter after we connected on LinkedIn Interview: Wanted to provide some insight into the recruiting process during the pandemic. First, a recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. I worked with 2 recruiters throughout the process. My phone screen was pretty typical and followed by a coding interview. The interviewer was kind and clear. After my phone screen and code interview, I was approved for the next steps. Recruiters scheduled a prep call to review the final series of interviews and went over some areas of questioning. Finally, I had 3 interviews an hour each with various members of the IT and Product team. The interviews were split up across 2 days to address everyone's availability. Everyone was professional and kind.

Was a referral however the process was very slow, Had to reach out to the HR multiple times to follow up. Either HR was not available or the hiring. 4-5 interview rounds with people in India and US.
