I was first contacted via email from Indeed to schedule a phone call. The phone call was scheduled the next day. It was a free form conversation where I was free to ask any questions and the interviewer asked me a few questions about my background. Several hours later I received an email to come in the next day for an in-person interview. At the interview, the two interviewers, my would-be manager, and the President of the company, had a casual conversation about the company, the role, my aspirations, and how that'd be a good fit. The conversation was low-pressure and they didn't make me feel nervous at all. I thoroughly enjoyed interviewing with Onpay, but in the end decided the position wasn't a great fit, so withdrew from consideration before I found out if I had been chosen to move forward.
