Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Onapsis (Boston, MA) en déc. 2018
Entretien
The process was straight forward with a 3 phone interviews and then an on site. I was really excited about the role and the company. Then the on site happened. I was asked to fly up to Boston to meet with a few people. I made my flight arrangements (typically the company will book your flight for you) and traveled to the interview. The first few interviews were quite good as I had spoken to some of them prior on the phone. it wasn't until after the "lunch break" (where I was on my own) that I came back to the conference room in which I had been interviewing and noticed on the monitor on the wall that they were touching base with another candidate for the role that I was interviewing for. So I look this person up on Linkedin as i waited for the interviews to reconvene. I noticed that the mood of the final two interviews were much less productive and more going through the motions. So after the last two interviews were complete I leave with a feeling that the decision was made up before I got there. So I travel home and during my drive back from the airport I hear from the recruiter that they went with the person who was listed on the monitor. Well it was unfortunate as I was really excited about the company and the opportunity. Now the insult to the injury is that they haven't reimbursed me for my travel expenses. This is now 4 weeks since the interview and they STILL haven't. I can honestly say in all of my years this is the first time something like this has happened. When I am flying a person in to interview I always cover the candidates expenses so they don't have to be out of pocket any money. Onapsis is a rising company on the verge of great things, and i'm bummed that I wasn't selected to work there.
Do the right thing and reimburse candidates who travel to interview.
