I had first emailed my resume and then they had called me back and then went in for the interview and the had to do a background check plus call the references and once I was cleared we set up a start date.

Two or One persons will interview. Hiring decisions are made on the spot as well as salary. They have you sign an offer letter on the day of the interview if you accept the job.
