There was a lot of waiting, the overall interview process was badly managed. Was asked to wait around half hour before requested to read design reports (which was not discussed during face to face interview) for half hour before having an auto cad proficiency test (was later informed by interviewer that the test was not very important as they do have their own team of cad draftsman) for another half hour. After that it was another round of waiting before face to face interview with their management team.
