Entretien
It was smooth, I only got past 2 rounds, got knocked out at the behavioral round. First round is when you have to fill a form to know whether you fit into the organization culturally and then there was a programming question too. Next round is an online meeting where you would be asked several questions based on the answers you filled in the form and this includes the program you did too. What I got to know is that after this round there will be face to face round which would dive deeper into the program you submitted plus an interview with HR.

There was total 6 rounds few round seems to be repetitive and I think that should be removed
1. MCQ based question mostly related to nodejs internal
2. 1:1 round few DSA, s/m design and your previous project related question
3. A hands on round where you will be given a problem statement and you have to implement the solution eg: create a backend service in expressjs
4. Techno-managerial round
5. HR round
6. Country head

Entretien
Interview process has multiple steps of coding rounds which I feel too much (4 rounds to be exact). No behavioural type questions asked. Just medium to hard programming questions. Interviewees are somewhat helpful. HR did a wonderful job communicating effectively and timely. Kudos for HR
