Recruiter call, then 2, two people calls next. All went great but then there was never an interview with the hiring manager which should go first. I waited almost 2 week and had to reach out to the recruiter only to tell me they are going a different direction and restructuring the role. OK then why is it still posted everywhere? Have the resolve to simply say to me why the sudden change? Geeze, you should be alot more structured than that to change up a staff organization during the interview process.
