Responded on line and was contacted almost immediately to set up a phone interview on the following day. The phone interview took approximately 30 min and (I think) went very well. I sent an e-mail the next day thanking Molly for the interview. She responded immediately thanking me and telling me she'd "be in touch shortly with the next steps." When I didn't hear back by after a week, I reached out and was told that she was waiting to hear feedback from Sean. After another 2 weeks, I reached out and didn't really get an answer.
