I applied online and was contacted by the recruiter, who kept me updated along the way. I then went on to do three rounds of interviews, where they were very open with expectations around the role and the company's culture, which was nice. The first one dealt with technical questions and the two after were more conversational. They ultimately went with the other candidate, but it was an overall pleasant interview experience with the company.
