Not so good not so bad. The HR was very polite and provided all the info needed. Even when I was not selected he put it in a very polite way. However, there was some other OneDirect employee who was talking to his other colleague and using inappropriate words(MC BC) to express his frustration about some work issues. The 'F' word was also used frequently. This does not give a good impression about the company. I am glad I could not proceed in the process.

Entretien
There were three rounds ;
First round : Coding( 2 DP questions ) and Design ( 2 questions).
Second round : Face to face discussion on code and design written in first round.
Third Round : Techno managerial round.
Fourth round : cultural fit round, where was asked to rate myself from low to high on behavioural questions.
