I first got a phone call from a recruiter. It was very short, just asking what my goals were and when I was available for an interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager was about 10 minutes late to the interview, which he apologized for and asked some typical questions. The final round was with the vice president and he did not show up to the interview. I had to email the recruiter to reschedule a week later. Throughout the interview he kind of acted like he just wanted it to be over and pretty much asked the same type of questions as the first interview. It's a little frustrating to be strung along for a month and have the interviewers show up late/not at all. I feel like they do not respect your time here.
