I had a screening interview followed by a take home assignment that was overall easy to medium difficulty. The next interview was a technical one and focused on hands on coding with language-specific stuff and theoritical questions that were related to CS courses back in university. If you commit time to study and complete these interviews just apply to FAANG instead. The interviewers however were laid back and supportive through the whole process.

The recruiter contacted my via LinkedIn. I interviewed at OneMarketData (Yerevan, Yerevan) in Nov 2022. The recruiter was very polite. They invited me to their office to take a test. The test had some logical questions and some technical questions. The technical questions are not similar to questions what recruiters from FAANG may ask. They don't checked nor basic understanding of algorithms, nor knowledge of data structures. Only several python syntax related questions, which you could google while developing. I could reach to the final interview in FAANG company, however i didn't pass the recruiters test here ) May be this is a harsh place to work with more requirements that in Amazon.
