Had a first round of interview with a very rude, arrogant and unprofessional Recruiter. Will never work for such a company which can have an unprofessional approach towards possible candidates. Recruiter was condescending and rude about my past employers and my background even though I have around 9 years of relevant experience. It was pretty obvious that she showed zero interest in going through my profile before giving me a call. Company should ensure to have a good first impression, and a better personnel while dealing with potential candidates.
