I had a great experience with the interview process at OneStream. The entire process was very well-organized and efficient. It took only two weeks from my first interview to receiving an offer. I went through five interviews in total (HR, team, managers, and sales member).
What really stood out to me was the passion everyone had for the company. The interviewers focused more on getting to know me as a person rather than just assessing my hard skills, to see if I aligned with the company's values and culture.
Additionally, the communication from the HR team was excellent throughout the process.

Entretien
The interview process was structured, professional, and fairly thorough. It began with a recruiter screening call to review my background and interest in the role. This was followed by multiple rounds of interviews, including a conversation with the hiring manager and other team members within the Customer Success organization. I was asked both behavioral and role-specific questions to assess my client management experience, communication skills, and ability to handle complex implementations.
