The interview process is very quick and takes hardly couple of days to roll out an offer to the candidate. The HR team is very awesome in calming down your nerves before the interview. Kudos to you!!

I received a LinkedIn message from one of their recruiters to apply for this position. Upon applying, I cleared the first round which was a phone-screening round asking me about my experience and why do you want to work for Tugboat Logic. After that, I got the second round to talk with the director about roles and responsibilities and some interview questions. Although, before that, I got canceled twice to get this round for some reason. after clearing the second round, I am supposed to get a third-round which is working on a tech challenge with one of their tech lead engineers. HR asked me to set up this interview but she never got me back on when they are planning to get me this round. it's been over 3 weeks since they haven't got me back on this round.
