VERY basic screening from HR/recruiter (i.e. "what is your name" and "do you wish to continue" type questions) followed by extensive grilling covering resume, experience, motivation, and STAR. from hiring manager. After that, there were two more "interviews". I inverted comma'd interviews because really, it was pretty much two chats about how great the company is, why I should work here, and why I would enjoy it so much. Pretty refreshing to see a company treat interviews like a two way street and have a go at being seller once they know they are a buyer. They're also one of the most responsive employers I have ever come across. The longest lead time was 4 days.
