There were two rounds in total. Interviewed with the Manager and Senior Manager. I found the questions quite hard as they were more technical. They also assessed the personality fit. I did not get the position
It was a month-long process, involving a standard written application, phone interviews and a super day. I walked by the analyst pit, and half a dozen zombies who looked miserable and depressed looked up then kept working. The office felt sterile and lacking in creativity. Onex has a reputation for a sweat shop culture, and it was ultimately not the right fit for me.

Question 1
Describe a transaction that you worked on and your role on the team.
The interview process was pretty typical. The first interview is a mix of fit and technical, and it gets more fit-based later on with a sprinkling of technical/deal based questions.
