good had an written exam for the first round which had questions on us mortgage emi calculations basic logical reasoning etc exam will be average if ur prepared.. employee reference is prefered mostly.. u not be called though u hav done well

Multiple interviews conducted over months, well co-ordianted, sufficient time to discuss the role and responsibilities. It also included psychometric tests and quantitative aptitude test. Few interviews were telecons, followed by ppt test and face to face discussion with Senior Leader
