Went in for 4 rounds of interviews. Initially the role was very specific and was mainly related to running reports and managing the information registration system. The interview process started with 1-1 with the IT manager. Second interview was scheduled 4 days later with the project manager. Next week the third interview was with one more person, 4th interview was basically confirmation and an offer for the job. After a bit of negotiation, I got the job. Overall, interview process was not very difficult.

Interview was called upon, all the interviews lasted about an hour and a half, had to go for 3 rounds, each interview was more and more difficult, as they were looking for a best suitable person who would be able to help support end users all the way to help develop the company the future path, write requirements, conduct analysis for the company needs and help the company be a better place in the community.
