      J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Ontic (Noida) en juin 2024

      Entretien

      1) They called me for an onsite interview in Noida. 2) I reached the office 2 hours before time because traveling at 2 PM in the summer in Noida is not good for health and I had already informed HR that I would reach early. 3) They started forcing me to give the interview early (the scheduled time was 3 PM) when I rejected this proposal, they asked me to go out and sit outside the office in the heated summer and come at 3 PM because their CTO is here as if something will happen if he will see some candidate sitting in the reception area 4) I went out and came back at 2:55 PM 5) They asked me to wait in reception and then started the interview at 3:30 PM that too with a person with 1-year exp for a senior role. 6) He was not fully confident in DevOps he didn't know the basics of ALB and how it functions with regard to private subnets and targets in other AGs. 7) No discussion was happening, just I was explaining how things function

      We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you faced during your visit to our office and we appreciate you taking the time to let us know about your experience so that we can assess how we can do better in the future. We understand that you arrived early to avoid traveling in the afternoon heat. However, we attempted to accommodate your early arrival by offering to start the interview sooner, which you declined. We strive to ensure that our interview process is smooth and respectful of candidates' time. The interview was conducted as per the scheduled time, but we regret if there were any misunderstandings during the process. We value your feedback and we wish you the best in your job search and future endeavors. Again, we know that interviewing takes time and effort as does providing feedback. You have given both to Ontic and we thank you for that.
