Hot Mess Company! Stay away!
I was scheduled for a video interview with the hiring manager a few weeks after applying. The day of the interview - I receive an email that the hiring manager is "busy" and instead will be interviewing with a member of the team via phone. While annoyed, I proceed with the interview and it goes well. Two days later - I receive a note that the position has been filled.
Hard not to read between the lines here - clearly the hiring manager didn't want to waste her time with any additional interviews given they had an offer going out... but instead of doing the right thing and being transparent with candidates, the company wasted my time!
If Talent Acquisition and HR can't do things right - I can only imagine how bad the rest of the company is...

My candidate experience with Ontic was outstanding. The entire process took less 2 weeks. I had lively conversations with the Director of TA, VP of People, People Operations Associate, and Chief Operating Officer. The final round was a mock intake call with with a Customer Success hiring manger who was very engaged and excited to hear my recommendations. The People team provided prompt feedback, made it easy to schedule next steps, checked in between interviews, and went out of their way to extend an offer within 24 hours of the final round.
