I applied online and got the call from the Talent partner Chloe. I had to go through 3 stages: First was phone Interview with Senior Engineering Manager - 45 minutes, background, competancy and CV history, Second was technical round which includes a hands-on coding exercise (Take home ~ 7 days) followed by an interview to walk through the task.The interview takes around 45-60 minutes in total, and then final interview: 60 minutes Ways of Working interview. The interview process was very informative and i felt as though i was very welcomed. The right information had been given and i was approached with professionalism and respect. Overall great interview and friendly people, who enjoy what they do.

The interview was a 4-step process that consisted of: - a quick call with a technical talent partner; - an interview with a senior developer; - a take-home technical assignment followed by a meeting a few days later where I was expected to go over my solution step-by-step; - a cultural fit interview with 3 members of the team, followed by a 20 minute final conversation with the CTO and the Head of Engineering. Despite the number of steps involved, the process was exceptionally well organised and took only about two weeks from the very first conversation to signing the contract. The talent partner was incredible, she kept me updated throughout the whole process and made sure that any questions I had were answered promptly and thoroughly. Overall the process was quite enjoyable, despite it being a job interview!
