      Phase 1: Oral Interview Objective: To assess the candidate's communication skills, problem-solving approach, leadership qualities, and cultural fit. 1. Introduction and Background Tell us about yourself and your professional background. Why are you interested in this position and our company? 2. Experience and Projects Can you describe a complex project you worked on recently? What was your role? What were the challenges and how did you overcome them? How do you prioritize tasks when working on multiple projects? 3. Leadership and Teamwork Describe a situation where you led a team. What was your approach to leadership? 4. Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Tell us about a time when you had to make a difficult decision with limited information. What was the outcome? How do you approach problem-solving in your projects? Phase 2: Technical Interview Objective: To evaluate the candidate's technical skills, coding abilities, system design knowledge, and problem-solving skills. 1. Coding Challenge Live Coding Session: Problem 1: Write a function to solve a common algorithmic problem (e.g., sorting, searching, dynamic programming) 2. Wrap-Up and Questions Do you have any questions about the team, the company, or the role? Discuss next steps in the interview process.
