Fun and interactive group interview. Very friendly employees didn't get the pay until 2nd interview seems like they was holding that back until you get the job. Applied for customer service rep and the interview was about consulting, going places to meet up with people that might be interested in your products.

Drove all the way to Alexandria, VA for a 15 minute screening interview that should have been done over the phone. Basic questions like tell me about your experience, etc. Went back for a second interview that lasted a full day 9:30-5 only to find out that the position was not what I thought it was at all. Very misleading. Essentially door to door sales but to various businesses trying to get them to sign up for Verizon/ fios.
