Very personal. I don't feel like just a number. The process was actually quite enjoyable. I met two of the people I would be working closely with which I think is important rather than going straight to a partner because I believe they have a more honest outlook on the atmosphere.

Contacted by a recruiter who performed an initial over-the-phone interview which were followed by two interviews at the company. These were about 30-45 minutes each, one with a manager and another with one of the C-suite. Very pleasant and quite straightforward.
