Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Opera Software (Høybråten) en févr. 2010
Entretien
My interview at Opera was a real pain process. First of all, there was a phone interview with the hiring manager (marketing's director) that was fine and then I was invited to a face-to-face interview that was an interview with him and other team members. The interviews were ok and I really enjoyed meeting everyone. He told me he would give me feedback in 2 weeks but I heard nothing for 3 weeks. I contacted the in-house recruiter in the process and she couldn't give me any feedback. Since the manager gave me his business card at the interview and told me I could contact him, I called him and he was not nice telling me he still didn't have feedback. After more than a month I again contacted the recruiter and no feedback. I gave up of the application and the company because this was a total lack of respect. Then after 2 months I received an email from the recruiter telling me I wasn't selected (oh really??). So although I liked the people there, the recruitment process was a total lack of consideration and respect.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Opera Software (San Mateo, CA) en juil. 2014
Entretien
1) Phone interview with HR
2) On-site interview with two managers (approximately 20 minutes each)
All in all, not a bad experience. The managers were nice and easy to talk to.
