The interview process was extensive and thorough but not intimidating. There were 3 rounds of interviews-- the first was with talent acquisition, the second round was 2 interviews with principal consultants in my target office (La Jolla), and the third was 2 virtual interviews with directors based in Waltham. Each interviewer asked different questions about my working style and analytical skills.
