The interview process as a whole was communicative, friendly, and easy-going. Everything went smoothly and I heard back quickly. The application did not take a lot of time to complete and the interview itself definitely had more of a conversational feel to it.

The interview process focused on my instructional delivery and classroom management strategies. I described my lesson delivery method and explained how I would "check for understanding". The interviewer wanted to know more about my instructional experience. My overall interview experience was a thorough and adequate process.
