Interview process was pretty straight forward. Phone than face to face. Everyone was very nice, polite, and talkative. No one was in a business clothes except the doctor who interviewed me, business casual. The office was clean and in a rural industrial area. The interviewer was very honest about what to expect and told me they would let me know by letter or a phone call if I did or did not get the job. I didn't find anything unusual about the interview. Pretty straight forward.
