Initial communiciations was done via email. I had one phone interview. On the day of my in person interview, Optima Direct had me meet with pretty much every senior leader or team member I would work with. It was pretty much an all day event.

Honestly, I cannot remember. I remember discussing data quality assurance, working with clients, etc. That's the reason I believe I was made an offer, we were a good fit.
