It was disastrous and disappointing. So disorganized. Hr reached out in Jan telling me to hang on till about May. Got another email from hr saying I should pick a date for a call replied and feedback I got was that hr was still waiting for my selection. Dodged a bullet probably

Entretien
I applied and they returned to me after about a week-two. Initial interview was an HR screener, then a phone interview with a team lead.
After that, there was an in-person zoom call with the team lead & VP R&D with coding & design questions, after that same thing with the Ukrainian VP R&D.
Lastly there was a video interview with the head of HR.

Starts with a introduction of self and interviewer,
deep dive to description of the company work and than to the specific team, and from there to the technical part of the interview
