First section they ask you about your resume and typical interview questions. The second part is a test to see how well you can teach such as "how do you make an ice cream sundae/a sandwich/a pizza/etc)

Easy and straight forward. I was referred by a colleague who sent in my resume. First phase was a phone interview where they asked about my previous experiences working as an Epic Credentialed Trainer. I think the recruiter was okay with my responses because I was offered a tentative contract pending the outcome of my credentialing process. The credentialing process took 3 weeks and then we had our final panels with presentation of workflow and documentation process.
