An online assessment with probability questions and another online assessment with mental math. Try to go over expectation, variance and conditional probability, Markovs and Martingales. You need to be very quick and accurate

Explain how would you allocate your money on severals bets.
The interview process starts with a timed online assessment covering probability / statistics knowledge; if the candidate is successful, they will be invited to participate in virtual interviews over Zoom, followed by onsite rounds.

Coin flip and card draw games, place wagers to maximize PnL
- Online-Tests (Sequences, Brain games)
- 1st Behavioural
- 1st Technical (Trading-adjacent game)
- 2nd Technical (Trading-adjacent game)
- Final round (Behavioural + Technical)
Everyone was always super nice and helpful during the interview, even if I made some calculation mistake.
First step was a bunch of games and math problems; they test reaction speed, dexterity as well as quant stuff.
Second interview was a game using dice, cards etc. and given a specific outcome, you find arbitrage opportunities to make money.
