Recruiters were very nice. Technical aspects included math heavy strategy games that were hard but fun. Last technical interview was quite long. They did not require a prior understanding of finance.

After passing the OA, you have a standard interview with HR - CV, projects, why buy-side, motivation and so on. After that the nex interview is with a trader, and the whole interview is structured like a game. You are given different odds for various probability games, you start with a set number of points, and you can place different bets based on dislocations of the bets from their FV. You are time constrained and you strive to make as much money as possible without going bankrupt. The final round is very simililar but with more difficult games. Everything is about just probability and sizing your bets.
