Shortly after I applied, I got invited to complete a series of tests: 1. Zap-N test - 9 neuro-assessment games that tested various elementary memory, logical, decision-making, and math skills. You have a tutorial/trial phase before every game; use that phase to plan the strategy and discern whether time is a factor. 2. Hackerrank test - which contained a series of SWE questions related to data structures, operating systems, networking (a lot, with a focus on protocols), and coding in general. Following the completion of the test, you are asked to solve two very poorly worded coding questions of leetcode medium and hard difficulty (hard to say). The medium question was a hashmap question related to trading, while the hard one was an interval question that I believe is solved using PQs and maps/segment trees. Afterward, I got invited for an HR interview. The interviewer was very nice, and the interview was enjoyable. The questions were mostly about my projects/experience and plans for the future, along with a few questions about Optiver. I got rejected afterward. The whole process was very expeditious.
