After applying, first you are given an online assessment with mental math, probability, and number logic tests. The assessment also has logic based games and a personality test. However, the personality test doesn't count towards the score for the assessment. If the recruiter thinks your scores are good enough, you will get an email asking you to schedule a 45 minute zoom interview.

The interview process starts with a timed online assessment covering probability / statistics knowledge; if the candidate is successful, they will be invited to participate in virtual interviews over Zoom, followed by onsite rounds.
