Entretien
First step is a comprehensive OA assessment, with Pymetric-styled games and mental math and probability, and interview with betting games. Tests for speed and accuracy. OA was pretty challenging and the technical interview was also intense.
The interview process starts with a timed online assessment covering probability / statistics knowledge; if the candidate is successful, they will be invited to participate in virtual interviews over Zoom, followed by onsite rounds.

- 2nd Technical (Trading-adjacent game)
- Final round (Behavioural + Technical)
Everyone was always super nice and helpful during the interview, even if I made some calculation mistake.
First step was a bunch of games and math problems; they test reaction speed, dexterity as well as quant stuff.
Second interview was a game using dice, cards etc. and given a specific outcome, you find arbitrage opportunities to make money.
