J'ai passé un entretien chez Optiver (Chicago, IL)
Entretien
The interview process was pretty standard. The interviewer started with some behavioral, get-to-know questions before jumping in a trading game simulation. Thoughout the simulation, they would ask some probability/intuition questions.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
They asked a lot about probability, and how would I change my decision based on the new expected values.
OA -> Behavioural->Cognitive 1 -> Cognitive 2 -> Final Round (1 HR Interview, 1 Technical). Behavioural interview quite standard but trading games played for Cognitive 1 and 2 rely on quick mental calculation of odds and implied probabilities
