J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Optum (Basking Ridge, NJ) en janv. 2017
Entretien
1 phone screening
2 video interview
3 in person interview
During the in person interview they asked some technical questions but for the most part of the interview process the questions were non technical. It is always best to bring up any of the side project you have been working on, or any of the project in school/college that got you excited.

Question 1
They asked me if there are any side projects I was working on.
Aptitude test was round 1. After that around 50 students were selected for interviews. They had an HR round first, and then technical round. HR round was just a formality and sort of a hygiene check. Technical round was relatively easy and comfortable

There was a phone screening and then a remote interview. Remote interview just asked for the basics, fundamentals of computer science, and any related experiences. It was a long friendly conversation.

The interviewing experience for their internship, consisted of a video-recorded interview and a virtual zoom interview. Mostly behavioral questions with a few questions about past technical work on your resume. The interview was with a real engineer at the company, not an HR person.
