A headhunter reached through LinkedIn and I submitted my CV. A recruiter reached out a month later for a phone screen interview. After passing the phone screen interview, I was invited to a panel interview with my possible peers. I was informed that I passed the first level interview and was endorsed to the second level interview. The next interview was composed of Senior Operations Managers and the hiring Director. After passing the second level interview, I got the job offer.
