Optum Government solutions, A United Healthcare Company - the interview process was different. Started off usually with the recruiter reaching out to me since I have already applied for another position. Interviews started off with the account manager discussion, followed with a 2 member panel interview and another 3 member panel interview. I was confident the interview process went great and having prior experience working on this account and with the client, i strongly felt I had a great chance. Out of the 3 member panel, one member was not able to make it and so a follow up technical interview was setup. Even though the role didn't demand the technical skill the interview person was asking, I was ok. Bottom line they couldn't find an ideal candidate after passing on my profile, I believe they had fill in internally per an internal source. Overall the process was little ok.
