There was a 30 minute screening call with the talent acquisition partner followed by a 30 minutes Teams interview with 2 managers. Only 1 question was asked after the position details were discussed. There was an opportunity to ask questions at the end. Felt the interview went very well. I was previously laid off with Optum and had multiple recommendations sent to the hiring manager. I received an automated email stating that they would not be moving forward. I reached out to the talent acquisition partner and the 2 managers for feedback but no response was provided.
