Straightforward and expected from a grad program process where it takes over 3 months. Submitted Application, Video-recorded interview, Phone Interview, Assessment Centre (lasts a whole day), followed by another Interview. Questions were generic like, why do you want to work at optus etc. Only downside is the lack of communication. (To this day, I am still waiting on my outcome)
