First of all HR called and interviewed on the phone then they organised a 30 mins online meeting with Directors. So fast interviewed was focused on the points that they would like to understand about my background
challenging questions, more interested in stakeholder management than straight PM skills. Makes sense as they can be taught, soft skills and personality would be harder to manage. Waiting to hear back after an overall good experience.

how do you manage conflict between 2 different stake holders
The over interview process is fast and efficient. The first interview was set up just after 3 days. And the 2nd interview was arranged the next day after the 1st interview. Offer was given within the same week after the 2nd interview.
