It was a very easy / formal interview. I interviewed with the Branch Manager, the Assistant Manager and the Lead Clerk. They interviewed me in English and in Spanish (since the job position required Spanish)

Intense. They really want to find the right person and they can be quite selective. Make sure you are presentable when you arrive to the first interview. They have a bit of a strict dress code for their employees and that starts right at the interview. They will tell you that a lot of people who are very high achiever else where tend to struggle to meet the demands of the library system.
