Applied online. They called me after some days. Their CTO lives in Canada, so there was a Skype meeting, though the senior software engineer was with me. The post was for PHP Developer so he asked a bunch of basic PHP and OOP questions. The interview was kind of quiz, he give me some problems and asked me to solve it. It was an interesting interview. After that on second day, the HR asked me about salary and stuff. Then I was hired.
