Incredibly disorganized interviewer. No real flow or rhyme or reason. Couldn't even succinctly describe what the company actually does or specializes in. Then also told me how they had laid a bunch of SEs off and now were re-hiring. So many red flags. I'm sure this company is doing some cool geospatial work but I just left the first interview not interested at all. Feels like a geo company that still hasn't found real traction.

After the first intrview, the interviewer told me that they'd put me through to the second round and connected me with the second interviewer. We agreed on the second interview date but the interviewer didn't show up. Then, I received an email that they had fallen ill and to reschedule it for next week. The following week, they sent me an email the night before the interview that they had some urgent family business and we should reschedule our meeting for the week after. The day before my third attempt to complete my second round of interviews, I sent out an email to confirm whether the interview would really happen. I have not received a reply since. The interview didn't happen either.
